Patti Kauf

executive Director

Raised in Oregon, Patti developed a lifelong love for the outdoors and the mountains at an early age. After graduating from the University of Montana, she traveled the world as a professional athlete, becoming a Two-Time World Mogul Champion, Three-Time X Games Medalist, and ambassador for the sport of skiing. Retired from competitive skiing, Patti transitioned into real estate as both a broker and sales associate, bringing strong market knowledge, genuine client care, and a deep commitment to the Teton Valley community.

Patti has held several leadership roles, including President of the Grand Targhee Ski Team Foundation and service on the Teton Valley Comprehensive Planning Committee. While living in Steamboat Springs during her children’s high school years, she served as Director of the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club Foundation, where she expanded donor support and strengthened major fundraising initiatives.

A dedicated advocate for women’s sports and youth athletics, Patti has coached, supported programs, and worked with the Women’s Sports Foundation. She has also served as a motivational speaker, sharing her passion for sport, leadership, and resilience. Patti enjoys skiing, surfing, biking, outdoor adventure, lake time, and—most importantly—time with her husband Squeak and kids Skyler, Jaelin, Shelby & Matt.
