Jaelin Kauf is an Olympic Silver medalist, World Champion, current World Cup competitor, and the President of the Deliver the Love™ Foundation. A lifelong skier from Alta, Wyoming, and a current member of the U.S. Moguls Team, Jaelin has built her career on passion, resilience, and a deep love for the mountains.

Through her career on the world stage, Jaelin has seen both the power of sport and the pressures that can limit young athletes, especially girls. Her experiences inspired the creation of Deliver the Love™, a foundation dedicated to helping girls find self-love, confidence, and their own connection to sport. Under her leadership, the foundation aims to provide access, support, and opportunities that empower girls to pursue their passions with courage and authenticity, on their own terms and in their own unique ways.

Alongside her athletic career, Jaelin is a committed mentor and advocate for youth in sport. She continues to use her platform to encourage girls and women to embrace their strengths, trust themselves, and find joy in the journey, on and off the playing field.
